    Yes, we are skilled in conversing in Kannada, English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Bengali.
  • How do I make a booking?
    You can call us directly using the contact information available on our website, or chat with us via the Virtual Assistant on the website for all bespoke tours. Provide us with your requirements, and we will get back to you with pricing. Once you receive the pricing, you can validate and approve it to proceed with the booking by paying 25%-50% of the total package cost. For fixed departures, please visit the Explore Destinations Page on our website and choose the destination based on your availability for the fixed dates. Enter your name, email, and contact number, and our team will call you within 30 minutes to provide the details and assist you with the booking.
  • Can I book flights, hotels, and sightseeing all in one place?
    Yes. We provide End-to-End services.
  • How do I know my booking is confirmed?
    As soon as the advance payment confirmation(25%-50%) is provided to us, our team will send you the confirmation voucher along with all the details via Email/WhatsApp. members on the go.
  • Can I book for someone else?
    Yes, You can book for self or anybody else. All we need is a clear description of the service you are looking for.
  • Can I request a specific type of room?
    Yes, Specific room type can be requested for bespoke tours.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment via Card, UPI, Bank Transfers and Cash.
  • Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
    Yes, Information related to the card, such as card number and CVV, will not be saved to any of our resources in the frontend or backend. We adhere to RBI guidelines.
  • Can I pay in instalments?
    Depending on the travel date, 25%-50% of the payment needs to be made at the time of confirmation. The balance payment must be cleared 5 days before departure. Currently, we do not offer EMI or instalment options for any of the tours.
  • Are there any additional fees or hidden charges?
    Apart from the package cost, we collect GST, TCS (for international travel), and a service charge. No additional fees or hidden charges are applied.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Please refer to Cancellation & Refund Policy section in the website for the same.
  • How do I cancel or change my booking?
    If you decide to cancel the tour for any reason, you must submit a written application via email address provided by you during booking (registered email ID). Cancellations are considered valid only if sent to our official email address mentioned in the Cancellation & Refund Policy section in the website. Requests for cancellation made through other means such as oral communication, telephone, SMS, etc., will not be accepted.
  • Will I get a full refund if I cancel my trip?
    Refund will be applicable based on the criteria defined in Cancellation & Refund Policy section in this website.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    The applicable refund will be processed within 20 working days of confirmation of the cancellation. However, to derive the best amount of refund, it takes additional operational time to deal with airlines, hoteliers etc.
  • Can I customize my tour package?
    Yes, End-to-End customisation is possible.
  • Are there age or fitness restrictions for tours?
    No, unless the destination you are traveling to has specific age or fitness restrictions. We advise you to obtain a clearance certificate from a medical practitioner if you have any medical conditions.
  • What happens if a tour or activity is cancelled?
    If the tour is cancelled due to natural calamities or uncertain events, we will be able to reschedule or provide a refund only if the airlines, embassy, or department of tourism pertaining to the destination approves it. If the cancellation is due to any technical or operational glitch from our company's side, we will either reschedule the tour or provide a full refund. For all other cases, our company's cancellation policy will apply.
  • What should I do if I have an accident or breakdown?
    a) Emergency Assistance: 24/7 Customer Support: we usually provide round-the-clock customer support. In the event of an accident or breakdown, you can contact us for immediate assistance. Local Assistance: We will coordinate with local partners or service providers to offer on-the-ground support, such as arranging for repairs, towing services, or medical assistance. b) Insurance Coverage: Travel Insurance: We advise you take travel insurance before your tour begins. This insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. Check the policy details to understand the coverage and choose your insurance wisely. c) Coordination with Service Providers: Hotel and Accommodation: In case of a breakdown that requires an extended stay, we will coordinate with the hotel to extend your booking or find alternative accommodations. Transportation: We will arrange alternative transportation if your vehicle is out of service for a significant period. d) Financial Assistance: Refunds and Reimbursements: Depending on the situation and the terms of your booking, we will help you for refunds or reimbursements for unused portions of your trip or additional expenses incurred due to the accident or breakdown. e) Documentation and Claims Support: Claim Filing Assistance: If you need to file an insurance claim, we can guide you through the process, providing the necessary documentation and support. Record Keeping: Keep all receipts, reports, and communication related to the incident. This documentation will be crucial for any claims or disputes.
